We do our best to ensure every gift basket is crafted and delivered with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of our products (gift baskets with perishable and\/or customized items), <strong>returns are generally not accepted<\/strong>. However, we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged goods upon delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect items delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significant delays caused by our logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, please contact us within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of receiving your order at <strong><a>info@giftreykjavik.is<\/a><\/strong> or call <strong>+354 842 1082<\/strong>. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your order is canceled before it is prepared or dispatched<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or delivery issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your item arrives significantly damaged and cannot be replaced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
