Refund and Returns Policy

At Gift Reykjavik, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure every gift basket is crafted and delivered with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (gift baskets with perishable and/or customized items), returns are generally not accepted. However, we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

  • Damaged goods upon delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Significant delays caused by our logistics

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@giftreykjavik.is or call +354 842 1082. Include your order number and a photo if applicable.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If your order is canceled before it is prepared or dispatched
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or delivery issues
  • If your item arrives significantly damaged and cannot be replaced

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will either refund or replace it as appropriate.


4. Customized Orders

Please note that custom gift baskets (where items have been specially selected or personalized) are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or delivery error.
