Customized orders are final once processing has begun.

Personalized gift boxes are made to order. We do not guarantee changes once production starts.
Customer is responsible for selecting options correctly during checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Reykjavík and nearby areas. Contact us for special arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to external factors.
Ensure delivery addresses are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.
Refunds for approved cases are issued within 7–10 business days.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not store full payment data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (images, design, product descriptions) belongs to Gift Reykjavík / Leit Leið ehf.
No material may be copied or reused without our written consent.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or product misuse.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
